You run your own computers. We look after Microsoft 365.
For Peninsula businesses that handle their own day-to-day IT but want email, accounts and files managed properly and protected around the clock. Hands-on support is there when you need it.
Not every business needs a helpdesk.
Plenty of small businesses on the Peninsula have the day-to-day under control. The owner buys the laptops, someone in the office is good with technology, and calls to an IT company are rare.
What should not be left to chance is the platform the business runs on: Microsoft 365, the accounts that sign into it, and the protection around them. That is the part we take on.

How a new business starts with us
The service suits some businesses and not others, so the first step is a conversation, not a sign-up.
- 1. A conversationHow many people, how you work, who looks after the computers now, and what worries you about email and security.
- 2. A look at your Microsoft 365We check how it is set up. If it needs work to reach a safe starting point, that is scoped and quoted before the service begins.
- 3. The split in writingWhat we look after, what stays with you, and what you agree to keep in place, such as two-step sign-in on every account.
- 4. Protected from day oneProtection and backup switch on, and changes come to us as tickets from then on.
What does it cost?
$75 per user per month, ex GST, with a minimum of 3 users. The protection is included, not an add-on. Microsoft 365 licences are a separate line, and any work needed to bring your Microsoft 365 up to a safe starting point is quoted before the service begins.
Will you fix our computers?
Day-to-day computer problems stay with you. That is the part of IT this service deliberately leaves in your hands. When you need hands-on help with a device, a setup or a network problem, it is available remotely or onsite in pre-paid support blocks.
Do you install software on our computers?
No. We do not install management or monitoring tools on your computers. Everything we do works at the Microsoft 365 level: your accounts, email, shared files and mailbox backups.
Do you work with home users?
No. We work with businesses only.
What if we want IT fully managed instead?
If you would rather hand over the helpdesk, your computers and regular technology reviews as well, a fully managed service is the better fit. See managed IT services at agileit.com.au.
